On behalf of the West Virginia Workers’ Compensation Association, we

Sponsorship Benefits and Rates:
Gold: $2,500 (listing on main page; priority first level listing in brochure)
Silver: $1,000 (second level listing on back page of brochure)
Bronze: $750 (third level listing on back page of brochure)

Door Prize sponsors: Minimum door prize $250. Listing in agenda and your
representative(s) can draw the winner for your door prize with an announcement for your company.

Cocktail reception sponsorship: $450

All sponsorships are due no later than May 1st to ensure accurate agenda listing.
